Antonio Enciso Ibarra has been in the dental field for four years. He began his career as a Front Desk Coordinator and worked his way up to become an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator. Along the way, he also earned his X-ray certification.

Based in Santa Maria, Antonio is proud to be an active member of his local community. He values building long-term relationships with patients and takes great pride in serving the families in his area with compassion and professionalism.

Antonio is known for his excellent customer service and ability to help patients feel comfortable and confident about their treatment. With a strong understanding of both administrative and clinical operations, he excels in treatment coordination, case presentation, patient education, and team collaboration. His organizational skills, reliability, and leadership qualities make him a valuable asset to any private dental practice focused on providing personalized, high-quality care.

Outside of work, Antonio enjoys spending time outdoors with his family—hiking, exploring, and enjoying nature together.

Donna Diaz is an experienced dental operations professional with more than 30 years of experience across both front- and back-office dental operations. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong understanding of the many facets of running a successful dental practice, from patient care and scheduling to insurance, billing, collections, and team coordination.

Donna spent 18 years working in dental offices in Casa Grande, Arizona, progressing through dental assisting and office management responsibilities while working with multiple practice owners. Her management experience includes overseeing insurance claims and payments, billing and collections, supply ordering, hygiene and doctor scheduling, recare, and leading team huddles.

Known for being kind, outgoing, caring, and compassionate, Donna genuinely enjoys building relationships with both patients and team members. She brings a warm and approachable personality to the practice and believes that creating a welcoming environment is an important part of delivering a positive patient experience.

Her career has also included leadership roles as an Office Manager and Dental Office Coordinator, giving her extensive experience supporting both patients and dental teams. Donna brings a hands-on, team-oriented approach to dental operations, combining her extensive industry experience with genuine compassion for the people she serves. She is committed to creating an organized, positive, and caring environment where patients feel comfortable and team members feel valued and supported.

Outside of work, Donna enjoys discovering new places, exploring new surroundings, and making new memories. Her outgoing and adventurous personality reflects the same curiosity and warmth she brings to her work and the people around her.
